High purity indium foil & sheet

Indium Foil is made by high purity Indium which is very soft and shapeable metal, it has great thermal conductivity used in efficient heat sink for high temperature, cryogenic applications and thermal interface materials which means they have a very high conductivity as compared to polymer-based thermal interface materials .Its ductility and thermal conductivity make it ideal as a compressible thermal interface material. Indium foil available in 50, 100 and 200 micron etc in various length and widths without grease ,oil and contamination. Indium foil is packed inside plastic sheet to make sure the shape , size and suitable for transportation.
