Somya Singhal

Somya Singhal is a Qualified Company Secretary and an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and an LL.B. degree. She has more than two years of experience in secretarial and compliance matters. She was appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 4 November 2024.
